Technology Park Drive is the main road of Technology Park, an office and research park in South Billerica. It leaves the east side of Concord Road, runs northeast, curves south and then runs east, about 3,300 feet in all, through the park to Orchard Road, the old west end of Manning Road, near the west side of Route 3. It was laid out on the "Definitive Plan, 'Technology Park,' in Billerica, Mass., submitted by Technology Park Realty Trust I and II" of 111 Middlesex Turnpike, Burlington, drawn by Fleming, Bienvenu and Associates, Inc., engineers and surveyors, of Billerica and dated June 4, 1982. The plan divided about 46 acres between Concord Road, the land of Honeywell Information Systems, the town forest, the Route 3 layout of 1952 and Manning Road into six industrial lots, and showed a first building under construction on lot 3.

The developer was the Gutierrez Company, whose principal, Arthur J. Gutierrez, held the land as a trustee with John A. Cataldo. The Planning Board reviewed the definitive plan in 1982 and reported at the end of the year that it was "involved in litigation with the Gutierrez Company, developer of Technology Park, concerning the conditions required by the Planning Board for this subdivision." The appeal was dismissed by stipulation on March 25, 1983, the board approved the plan subject to conditions on March 28, 1983, and it was recorded the same day (Plan Book 139, Plan 29). Traffic signals were installed at Concord Road and Technology Park Drive in 1982, "at no cost to the Town."

The assessors date the first building, 1000 Technology Park Drive, to 1982 and the others to 1984 to 1999. Its occupants have included Pacer Systems, Wang Laboratories, Nortel Networks, which received state economic development certification for 600 Technology Park Drive in 2000, and E Ink, which moved its headquarters to 1000 Technology Park Drive about 2012. The drive has remained a private way; no vote accepting it has been found. In 2019 the town meeting was asked to place the park's parcels in a Planned Unit Development overlay district.
